Working Principles;

    JZH series Ultramicro Ring Grinder Grinding ring is drum-shaped, and the grinding trail is ring-groove-shaped, because of the action of the frictionforce of grinded materials and grinding ring, the grinding ring rotates around the shaft line to realize pulverization, the materials are raised by the airenters from the ring inlet of grinding ring periphery to top turbine classifierto be classified, wherein rough particles fall into the grinding plate to be regrinded, and the fine powders are discharged into the deduster throughoutlet to be collected as finished products.

Equipment Characteristics;

1;Advanced grinding technology and classifying technology are combined, so as to have the advantages of high fineness and production and low consumption;

2;No bearing or grease is in equipment, particle size is finer than that of materials grinded by mechanical grinder, products with abrupt particle size distribution curve can be produced, and the product fineness can be adjusted among the range of d97=3~25.

3;Particle size qualified product can be classified out instantly, so as to avoid over pulverization and improve the pulverization by about 30%;

4;The equipment is equipped with efficient and high-accuracy vertical turbine classifier and efficient pulse bag type integrated system, and operates closely under negative pressure, so as to dispense of dust pollution;

Fields of Application;The grinder is widely applied in deep processing pulverization of nonmetallic mine with Moh's hardness below 5 degrees and light materials, such as ultramicro fine pulverization of heavy calcium (marble, dolomite, calcite and limestone), barite, kaoline, bentonite, illite, steatite, pyrophyllite, mica, wollastonite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, carbon black, diatomite, celestite, gypsum, fluorite and so on.
